Animated Explainer – 2023

This animation spot, commissioned by Madrona Bureau, set out to inform voters on the benefits of voting yes on King County Proposition 1. The bill successfully passed following the animation TV advertising run. All visuals were conceptualized, illustrated and animated by Freyja Whitney Design.
